Lazybones of Fallout modding are saying hello!

Dear readers, fans and mutants,
BGE is gradually becoming an evergreen, as it's almost certainly not going to be released in 2009. The depth, originality and the amount of dialogs, pushed ahead at the very beginning by some jerk - let us call him me - straight away made this a long track to run, and until all these things are worked out and I'm satisfied, it most certainly won't be released. And just by the way, if you're interested in financing a capable and motivated team, definitely let me know. :-)

Have you started to believe that we were dead? Maybe you've even deleted us from your bookmarks. Well, think again!
Last time, I promised you new pictures of animated critters, new locations and... well, the things I usually promise. I have to disappoint you though, as I haven't got a single animated monster for you :-P I can, however, offer you images from a brand new location - Phoenix...
Still kicking and screaming…

Alder area town art sketch It’s true, dear friends… the project’s still alive. Sometimes more, sometimes less, sometimes it’s a complete hiatus, but in the end it’s still moving. Since the last WINTER UPDATE we’ve progressed quite a bit with the English translation as well as with scripting, graphics and mapping. Texting isn’t really moving right now, but that’s not really important at this point.
What the hell? Ghouls are all around!

Concept - final Dear friends, autumn mostly caught us raging in one nameless location of ghoulish loath ravens, where the time stopped and where the common standard of wasteland doesn't seem to be standing good for now. We traditionally intend to support this daring statement by several artworks (thanks, Zruud, you really are fantastic) and screenshots which we dare say will please your heart and hopefully reduce that long waiting for the game release.
Less talk, more work

So, you know the saying – better late than never. We aren't quite happy that the last post on this page is from May, but we were sort of too interested in the mod to post any news. Let's hope some new images will prevent you from stoning us to death.

...without any bigger problems. However, considering college semesters fights and all that jazz, we are heading forward a bit unpredictably. Anyway, this does not stop us from putting up some concept arts / models / sketches to the gallery. No English dialogue shots today, we apologize. Lack of sufficient (or rather non-busy) manpower... So, here is the eye-candy (click read more to see more pictures):

There are several new screenshots in our gallery - you can see how some of advanced locations are developed. On page "Vacant jobs" you can read about positions which are still free (mostly a rewritten text from "About us"). It's probable that they will stay vacant for a longer time as Fallout modding is quite hard and there is never enough of fresh blood.
Optimistic Christmas update

Avrocar or How the Cold war never endedA relatively long time has passed since we updated our webpage, usually a sign of a certain “zombie” condition of the mod – but in the case of Fallout: BGE, that is not true. We have worked very hard and probably more than ever [/propaganda]. Thanks to the last four months of constant endeavour, we can promise a complete English translation of the game, new animations, critters, graphic sets and probably even talking heads.
BGE mythology – across Arizona and other small things

Fourteen days late, we bring you a short text about certain interesting locations in Fallout: Between Good & Evil. Some of them are finished, some are only planned. Read more here. Most of the information included is stripped from our design documents that are of course much longer (a document for one location can have more than ten pages, so this is usually just a short intro we use to quickly understand what feelings should the player have when wandering through the map.

After almost three months we have several new additions to our project gallery, from which the most notable is our new car, a wreck quite similar to Lincoln Continental 56 by Bumpkin, Blender master – we are very thankful and hope he is going to continue to work for BGE.
We have also released a song from the soundtrack, one of the darker, called Desert Rush by nitramko, you can download it here.
Certain parts of the website were updated too, see Intro and FAQ.
